The following Terms & Agreements govern your use of the website located at https://www.evergreenblueprint.com (the “Site”) and any programs, products, services, or memberships offered through The Evergreen Blueprint (“COMPANY,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms outline the conditions of use for our digital products and membership services, including our refund policy, acceptable payment methods, intellectual property rights, and governing law. By visiting or purchasing from our Site, you agree to these Terms.

Because we may update our offerings, pricing, or terms of use as our business evolves, we reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. All changes will be posted here with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of our Site or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Products + Programs

The Evergreen Blueprint currently offers the following programs:

  • A digital product priced at $47 USD

  • One-time payment

  • Delivered electronically via download upon purchase

  • No refunds are available for this digital product

2. The Remote Job Search Community

  • A six-month membership program

  • $149 USD per month OR $894 USD paid upfront

  • Comes with a 7-day free trial for first-time members

  • After the 7-day trial, payments become non-refundable

  • Membership includes access to coaching calls, job search resources, and private community discussions

Payment Terms

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Credit and debit cards

  • Stripe

  • Google Pay

  • Apple Pay

  • PayPal

All payments must be successfully processed before access to products or memberships is granted. For subscription payments, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method monthly or as agreed at checkout.

No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of digital content and the immediate access it provides, we do not offer refunds for the Remote Job Search Bundle once the purchase is complete.

For the Remote Job Search Community, users receive a 7-day free trial. After that period, your payment method will be charged and is non-refundable, regardless of whether you access or use the program materials.

Intellectual Property + Usage Rights

All content provided by The Evergreen Blueprint, including but not limited to text, worksheets, videos, PDFs, templates, and community materials, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

By purchasing or accessing our products, you agree not to:

  • Share, sell, redistribute, or duplicate the materials

  • Repackage or offer any portion of the content as your own

  • Use the materials for commercial or training purposes without written consent

Your purchase is for personal use only. Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of our Terms and may result in termination of access without refund.

Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party platforms and tools to process payments, deliver content, or enhance your experience (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Teachable, Kajabi, etc.). These third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their policies or actions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Evergreen Blueprint disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or misuse of our Site or programs.

By purchasing or participating in any program, you agree that your success is your own responsibility. We do not make guarantees about the outcomes of job search efforts or results from using our products.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If a dispute arises under these Terms, we agree to attempt resolution with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator located in or near Bethel Park, Pennsylvania. Any legal action shall be filed in the appropriate courts of Allegheny County, PA.
